Der IGB und der IKC sind übereingekommen, ein Event für retired Racing
Greyhounds anzukündigen. Gesponsert von GAIN wird diese Veranstaltung
retired Racer und ihre Besitzer in den "Showring" einführen.
Der Irish Kennel Club hat in seiner Nationalen Show eine Klasse für "Retired
Racing Greyhounds" eingeführt. Vom IGB werden von Dezember bis Februar
örtliche Vorentscheidungen organisiert in Stadien quer durch Irland, bei denen
retired Racing Greyhounds nach den Regeln des Kennel Club beurteilt werden
um sich für die nationale Endausscheidung am 17ten März 2012 im National
Show Center in Dublin zu qualifizieren.

The Irish Greyhound Board and The Irish Kennel Club, have come together to
announce an event for retired racing Greyhounds. Sponsored by GAIN, this
event will introduce retired racing Greyhounds and their owners to the “Show
Ring”.
The Irish Kennel Club now has a category in their National Show for ‘Retired
Racing Greyhounds’. There will be local heats organised by The IGB in tracks
nationwide from December to February where retired racing Greyhounds will
be judged by Kennel Club rules for qualification to a national final that will
take place on 17th March 2012 in the National Show Centre, Dublin.
