Greyhound Crusaders/SWAP team UK are now appealing to all Irish animal
lovers and Irish anti-greyhound racing campaigners to come forward to
campaign against this track by holding regular peaceful demos on race nights
using this tragic story about the 4 dogs that have been destroyed as a
campaign tool to deter punters and get media attention on the plight of the
racing greyhound in Ireland!

Peaceful protestors only please!

DRUMBO PARK: LAMBEG, LISBURN, NORTHERN IRELAND BT27 5TE.
Please forward this vital appeal to every Irish animal campaigner you know
including those against greyhound racing.

These poor greyhounds could of had a life outside of racing but instead they
were killed as many, many greyhounds are when no longer fit for the purpose
of racing and therefore no longer a profitable racing machine. Sickening
isn't it. Those that made the decision to kill these dogs must know that
they cannot get away with it as sure enough this will no doubt happen again,
therefore Irish campaigners are needed to highlight this appalling state of
affairs and let the Irish public and those involved in greyhound racing know
that this will not be tolerated.

RIP - Black Top Paddy, Bee Keeper, Jebawalkie and Tomboy Gold. We are so
sorry that your lives were tragically lost due to a sick and cruel industry
that needs to be abolished!

Four dogs destroyed in one night at Drumbo Park - Northern Ireland

On Friday July 6th track officials were eventually forced to cancel the last
race after four dogs sustained broken hocks in four separate races.
The injuries were treatable but judged potentially career ending and in
order to protect profits rather than protect the dogs themselves - all four
dogs were destroyed at the track.
