This is only in N.Ireland and will be enforced by all local District Councils. This has nothing to do with the IGB or the Irish Coursing Club. Thank Stormont. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
Was (vorläufig erst mal einer) irische "Besitzer" von diesem Vorgehen halten, welches letztendlich dem Schutz der Hunde dienen soll (Rückverfolgung etc.)
