Ian fährt schon seit vielen Jahren die Greyhounds von Irland aufs Festland.

Meet Ian, a greyhound transporter and the owners who place their greyhounds in his care as he carries them to their new homes in retirement.

The emotion is evident as the owners say goodbye to their greyhounds but knowing that their greyhounds will bring joy to families as loyal and loving pets makes saying goodbye a little easier.

This video is the 4th installment in the Our People, Their Day series produced by the Irish Greyhound Board showcasing a day in the life of people from all walks of our industry, including a greyhound trainer, stipendary steward and the staff of the IGB National Laboratory.
